Return and Refund Policy — Nuovamaison

At Nuovamaison, your satisfaction matters. Here's how our returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return Contact us at dallaire_simon@cloud.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions to follow.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no return shipping cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
